Tata and Airbus to build India's 1st pvt helicopter assembly line

Tata Group has signed an agreement with France's Airbus to build India's first private helicopter assembly line for producing the civilian H125 helicopter. The announcement was made during French President Emmanuel Macron's visit to India as Republic Day celebrations' Chief Guest. The assembly line will undertake integration of component assemblies, testing, qualification and delivery of H125s.
