Tata Capital files papers for mega ₹15,000 crore IPO

Tata Group's financial services arm Tata Capital has filed papers with SEBI via the confidential pre-filing route for a mega ₹15,000 crore plus IPO, Moneycontrol, ET and others reported. It will reportedly be a combination of primary and secondary issue of shares, with Tata Sons and the investor IFC paring stakes. Tata Sons owns 93% equity stake in Tata Capital.
