Tata Capital to raise ₹36,000 crore via non-convertible debentures

Tata Capital's board has approved to raise up to ₹36,000 crore through the issue of non-convertible debentures (NCD), the firm said in an exchange filing. The funds will be raised in one or more tranches and may comprise of debt instruments including secured, unsecured NCDs, subordinated debt and perpetual debt. Tata Capital said the fundraise remains subject to shareholder approval.
