Tata Communications, TTBS partner to bring AI to Indian businesses

Tata Communications and Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) have partnered to help India's small and medium businesses adopt AI through a unified platform. The offering includes AI-powered voice agents for customer interactions, routine queries, appointments and follow-ups. The companies said the collaboration aims to facilitate access to advanced AI infrastructure for India's over 60 million SMBs.
