Tata Consumer arm Tata Tea Holdings dissolved after strike-off

Tata Consumer Products said its wholly owned subsidiary, Tata Tea Holdings Pvt Ltd, has been voluntarily struck off from the Register of Companies under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013. The dissolution follows approval by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The company said the move will not have any material impact on its operations or financial position.
