Tata Digital to invest ₹546 crore in fitness startup Cult.fit

Tata Digital has announced it has signed a deal to invest up to ₹546 crore ($75 million) in fitness startup Cult.fit (formerly known as Cure.fit). The startup's CEO Mukesh Bansal will join Tata Digital as President and also continue in his role at Cult.fit. Earlier, it was reported that Tata Group was in talks to acquire Cult.fit.
