Tata dispute created new anxiety among family businesses: Goenka

Harsh Goenka said the ongoing Tata Sons boardroom dispute has created "new" anxiety among India's family-run businesses. "A very large business group recently called its legal team to check the composition of all its boards...whether independent directors had become too many," he said.
