Tata Group saw 12,000 whistleblower complaints in Chandrasekaran's 2nd term

Tata Group's listed companies, including TCS, received over 12,000 whistleblower complaints from employees, vendors and other stakeholders since FY22, when N Chandrasekaran began his second term as Tata Sons Chairman. Notably, 80% of the complaints were received between FY24 and FY26. The disclosures come amid a widening governance dispute between Tata Sons and Noel Tata-led Tata Trusts.
