Automobile manufacturer Tata Motors, the subsidiary of Tata Group, has announced its demerger plans to separate its automobile business into two separate entities – Commercial and Private vehicle segments. The Company announced its demerger plans that would take around 12-15 months to complete in the exchange filing.
