Tata Motors to split off operations into 2 listed companies

Automobile company Tata Motors, a subsidiary of Tata Group, announced the demerger of its operations into two separate entities – commercial and passenger vehicles. The demerger process could take around 12-15 months to complete it. ​The company also said the demerger would have no adverse impact on employees, customers and their business partners.
