Tata Play to be first Tata Group company to file for IPO since TCS in 2004

Tata Play has become the first company to take the pre-filing route for IPO after filing draft papers with the SEBI. The pre-filing route will allow Tata Play to keep its offer document private until it launches an IPO. Notably, Tata Play will become the first Tata Group company to list on the stock exchanges since TCS' listing in 2004.
