Tata Realty sells Trilium malls in Nagpur and Amritsar for ₹700 crore

Tata Realty and Infrastructure has sold its two Trilium malls in Nagpur and Amritsar for ₹700 crore to Virtuous Retail South Asia (VRSA), the retail arm of private equity firm Xander Group. They will be rebranded as VR shopping malls. VRSA's operational and under-development retail portfolio in India is now over 13 million square feet across eight cities.
