Tata Steel partners with SMS to cut CO₂; stock up 17%

Tata Steel partnered with SMS Group to deploy EASyMelt at Jamshedpur, targeting over 50% CO₂ reduction. The stock rose 17% to ₹212 and delivered 52.82% one-year returns. Market capitalisation stood at ₹2,65,088 crore. FIIs increased stake to 18.58%, while promoter holding remained at 33.19%, supporting strong performance.
