Shares of Tata Technologies dipped roughly 6% to ₹664.6 in the intraday session on Tuesday after private equity firm TPG Rise Climate likely sold a 3.95% stake in the IT major. The bulk deal reportedly involved around 1.6 crore shares worth about ₹1,094 crore. The shares were offloaded at a price of ₹683 per share.
