Tata Trust begins process to pick next Tata Sons chairman: Report

Sir Dorabji Tata Trust has begun forming a selection committee to recommend Tata Sons' next chairman, after N Chandrasekaran decided against seeking a third term, Moneycontrol reported. The process faces a hurdle as Sir Ratan Tata Trust remains barred from holding trustee meetings. Its inability to convene meetings also led to Tata Sons' AGM being adjourned for lack of quorum.
