Tata Trusts' 1989 share transfer under scanner, fresh complaint seeks inquiry

A fresh complaint to the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner has sought an inquiry into an unlawful transfer of 833 equity shares from Navajbai Ratan Tata Trust to Naval Hormusji Tata in 1989, according to a CNBCTV-18 report. The complaint alleges that the transfer was made when Naval Tata was no longer a trustee of the Navajbai Ratan Tata Trust.
