Tatva Chintan Pharma fixes ₹500-cr IPO price band at ₹1,073-1,083

The price band of specialty chemicals manufacturer Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem's ₹500-crore initial public offering (IPO) has been fixed at ₹1,073-1,083 per share. The five-day issue will open on July 16 and comprises fresh shares worth ₹225 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) worth ₹275 crore by company shareholders and promoters. Anchor investors can start bidding on July 15.
