Tatva Chintan's ₹500-cr IPO fully subscribed in 70 minutes on Day 1

Specialty chemicals manufacturer Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem's ₹500-crore initial public offering (IPO) was fully subscribed within 70 minutes on Friday or the first day of bidding. The IPO was subscribed around 2.4 times, as of 1 pm. Tatva Chintan on Thursday said it had issued 13.85 lakh shares to anchor investors to raise ₹150 crore ahead of the IPO.
