Taylor becomes Zimbabwe's highest ODI run-scorer, surpasses Flower

Wicketkeeper-batter Brendan Taylor created history by becoming Zimbabwe's highest ODI run-scorer. The 40-year-old achieved the feat during Zimbabwe's ODI Tri-Nation Series match against Bangladesh at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi on Saturday, scoring 81(101). Taylor has now scored 6,837 runs in 211 ODIs, surpassing former Zimbabwe captain Andy Flower, who scored 6,786 runs in 213 ODI matches.
