Taylor Swift's 4-day tour to add ₹1,900 crore to Japan economy: Report

Singer Taylor Swift's four-day Eras Tour in Tokyo from February 7 is expected to add ¥34 billion (over ₹1,900 crore) to Japan's economy, Bloomberg reported citing calculations by Tokyo City University lecturer Mitsumasa Etoh. Spending on tickets, merchandise, food, hotels and other related activities around her tour is expected. A standard ticket for the Eras concert costs ¥22,800 (₹12,790).
