TCGRE secures ₹714-cr funding for World Trade Centre in Gurugram

TCG Real Estate (TCGRE) secured funding worth ₹714 crore from SBI for its World Trade Centre project in Gurugram, according to documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix. The project plans to develop one million square feet of leasable area. The funding has been secured as a loan from SBI for a tenure of 72 months.
