TCS, Infosys could bear brunt of Trump's ₹90 lakh H-1B visa fee

US President Donald Trump's $100,000 (over ₹90 lakh) fee for new H-1B workers hired from outside US could have punishing effects for IT outsourcing and staffing industries. A Bloomberg News analysis found it could have disproportionate impact on multinational staffing firms that act as middlemen for companies seeking H-1B workers. Those middlemen include TCS, Infosys and Cognizant, said reports.
