TCS adds 22,600 employees in FY23, attrition rate eases in Q4

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Wednesday reported its financial results for Q4 FY23 that showed it added 22,600 employees on net basis during the year. It marks a steep decline from net headcount addition of 1.03 lakh employees recorded during FY22. The company added 821 employees on a net basis in Q4 and saw its attrition rate fell to 20.1%
