TCS announces annual salary hikes for staff across all grades

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Thursday announced an annual salary hike for all its eligible employees across grades, effective April 1. "The top performance is getting a double-digit increase," the management said during an earning call. However, the exact salary increment rate has not been disclosed yet. TCS' consolidated net profit in Q4 jumped 12% year-over-year to ₹13,718 crore.
