TCS asks employees returning to office to follow dress code

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has urged employees returning to office to adhere to the company's dress code policy. "It is our responsibility to ensure [employees who joined us in last two years] are well integrated," CHRO Milind Lakkad said in an email. TCS employees are expected to wear business casuals from Monday to Thursday and smart casuals only on Friday.
