TCS' attrition rate falls for first time in 7 quarters, at 21.3% in Q3 FY23

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) reported a fall in its attrition rate in the October-December 2022 quarter to 21.3%, recording a reduction for the first time in seven consecutive quarters. TCS' total headcount reduced by 2,197 employees in Q3, against a net addition of 9,840 employees reported in Q2. Nearly 36% of the total workforce of TCS consists of women.
