TCS' attrition rate of 8.6% lowest among major Indian IT firms: Report

IT major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) recently said its attrition rate stood at 8.63% in the past year. The company's attrition rate rose from 7.2% in the quarter ended March 31 but is reportedly the lowest among other major Indian IT firms. Wipro and Infosys' attrition rates in the same period were 12.1% and 15.2% respectively.
