TCS board to consider share buyback proposal on January 12

The board of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will consider a share buyback proposal on January 12, the company said in an exchange filing. The company's previous buyback offer worth about ₹16,000 crore had opened on December 18, 2020 and closed on January 1, 2021. TCS is due to report its earnings for the third quarter ended December on January 12.
