TCS, BSNL to close ₹16,000 crore 4G launch deal soon: Report

Tata Consultancy Services and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) are in final stages of closing an estimated ₹16,000-crore 4G network launch deal, Economic Times reported. With this deal, the Tata Group-led consortium will emerge as India's first indigenous telecom network solutions provider. Tata Sons' unit, Tejas Networks, is likely to indigenously manufacture the network equipment for BSNL.
