Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Thursday said the firm is deferring wage hikes this year, Moneycontrol reported. "Because of the uncertain environment, we'll decide during the year on wage hikes. It can be at any time, depending on...business," said Chief HR Officer Milind Lakkad. He didn't comment about the quantum of hikes but said it'll depend on the "business environment".
