TCS employee claims his pay fell from ₹25,000 to ₹22,800 in 5 yrs, shares job change issues

A Java Developer, who joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in 2020 with ₹25,000 monthly salary, claimed that after 5.5 years, his monthly salary is ₹22,800. The employee explained he received low performance bands, but hasn't got appraisal despite improvement. He claimed whenever he clears job interviews, HR officials become suspicious upon seeing his salary slips and withdraw offer discussions.
