TCS forms oversight panel, engages Deloitte & Trilegal to probe conversion racket

TCS CEO K Krithivasan said the company has formed an oversight committee chaired by its independent director Keki Mistry to review the ongoing investigation into sexual abuse and conversion racket at its Nashik campus. TCS has hired Deloitte and Trilegal as independent counsel for the internal investigation. "We continue to extend full cooperation to…law enforcement agencies," Krithivasan said.
