TCS halts appraisals for some over WFO rule breach: Report

TCS has paused the final anniversary appraisals for some employees over non-compliance with the work-from-office rules, the TOI reported. "Your anniversary appraisal process is completed, but not processed further...since you are WFO non-compliant till Q2 FY26 (July 2025 to September 2025)," an email read. The company requires employees to work from the office five days a week.
