TCS in talks to buy Deutsche Bank's tech unit: Reports

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is reportedly in advanced talks to acquire Postbank, a technology services unit of Deutsche Bank. Financial details of the proposed transaction aren’t known. TCS' potential takeover of Postbank's 1,400 employees will reportedly help Deutsche Bank reach its job-cuts target. The potential acquisition might be completed by the end of the year, as per reports.
