TCS links increments to office attendance, to now pay bonuses only once a year: Report

TCS has linked monthly performance pay to in-office attendance, leaving employees confused about the new salary structure, Livemint reported. TCS has reportedly also decided to begin paying performance bonuses only once a year, as compared to the previous quarterly payout system. An executive said the bouquet of benefits, including HRA, fuel/travel allowances, has been discontinued/redistributed.
