TCS not to layoff workers, will hire people laid off by startups

TCS Executive VP Milind Lakkad told PTI that the firm is not going to lay off workers. "We don't do that, we believe in grooming talent in the company," Lakkad said. He added firms are forced to lay off workers as they hire more than they want. Lakkad also said TCS plans to hire people laid off by startups.
