TCS stock falls 3% after 2.02 crore shares change hands

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) stock fell over 3% on Tuesday after 2.02 crore shares or 0.6% equity changed hands at an average price of ₹4,043/share. Reports said the seller is likely Tata Sons which offered to sell 2.34 crore shares in TCS in over ₹9,000-crore block deal. The floor price represents a 2.6% discount to the closing price of ₹4,144.25.
