TCS to acquire Porsche's IT consultancy unit for ₹3,574 crore

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will acquire Porsche's IT consulting subsidiary, MHP Management for €320 million (over ₹3,574 crore). The acquisition is expected to be completed in three to four months. Porsche also signed a five-year deal with TCS worth €1.25 billion (nearly ₹14,000 crore). TCS will establish an AI Mobility Centre of Excellence for Porsche as part of the deal.
