Tea, cocoa, apples, and grapes can help reduce blood pressure: Study
A study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology revealed that foods containing high amounts of flavan-3-ols including tea, cocoa, apples, and grapes possess vascular health effects. Flavan-3-ol-rich foods and supplements decrease blood pressure in particular in people with high blood pressure when consumed daily similar to medication, the study said.
