Tea chain startup Chaayos raises $53 mn led by Alpha Wave Ventures

New Delhi-based tea chain startup Chaayos has raised $53 million in its Series C round led by Alpha Wave Ventures. Other investors who participated in the round include Elevation Capital, Tiger Global Management and Think Investments. At present, Chaayos runs 190 stores across six cities and reportedly plans to add 100 more by 2022-end.
