Teacher arrested for sexually assaulting girl, sending masturbating video in Danville

A 41-year-old man who works as a cheerleading coach and middle school teacher has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old student and sending her a video of him masturbating, according to court records. Nicholas Moseby, of Concord, was arrested this week. Contra Costa prosecutors are expected to file felony charges against Moseby this week.
