Teacher beats kid, pulls hair at Punjab school, minister orders FIR as video surfaces

A video has surfaced showing a private school's teacher beating a 6-7-year-old child and pulling his hair in Punjab's Hoshiarpur. She was seen writing in the kid's notebook while repeatedly slapping and shoving him. Clarifying that the video was from a private school, not a government school, Punjab Education Minister Harjot Bains ordered filing of an FIR in the case.
