TeamLease proposes ₹238 Crore buyback at ₹1,600 per share

TeamLease Services proposed a buyback of up to 14.87 lakh equity shares at ₹1,600 per share through the tender offer route. The buyback size is ₹238 crore and represents 8.87% of the existing equity share capital. The proposal, approved by the board on May 20, 2026, is subject to shareholder approval.
