Tear gas from riot-control mock drill causes burning eyes & breathing discomfort in UP

A riot-control mock drill that was organised in Uttar Pradesh's Bijnor caused discomfort to locals after tear gas used in the drill drifted to nearby markets. Several locals complained of eye irritation, coughing, and breathing discomfort, reports said. The residents complained that they were not informed in advance about the drill and questioned the safety preparations.
