Tech Mahindra to acquire 85% of Avant Techno Services for ₹171 cr

Tech Mahindra on Thursday said it will acquire an 85% stake in Canada-based Alluri Technologies Inc (Avant) for about ₹171 crore. It plans to buy the remaining 15% after three years."The acquisition is expected to further strengthen the company's service capabilities and deepen its industry expertise within the BFSI vertical," the firm said in a filing.
