Paul Conyngham, an Australian techie who created a custom mRNA cancer vaccine for his dog Rosie, shared how he used AI to turn around 300 gigabytes of raw DNA sequencing data into half a page output. While ChatGPT and Gemini helped in planning workflow and designing the multimodal protocol, Grok helped filter epitope candidates and make vaccine construct, he said.
