Technology not 100% correct so we need Umpire's Call: Nitin Menon

Indian umpire Nitin Menon, who is part of ICC's Elite Panel, said that the provision of Umpire's Call is necessary since the technology used in Decision Review System isn't 100% accurate. "Since it is a very marginal call, so we will stick with the decision of the on-field umpire...This concept needs to be understood by the general public," Menon added.
