Teen live streams crash that killed her 14-year-old sister

An 18-year-old American girl has been arrested after live streaming a car crash on Instagram that killed her 14-year-old sister and wounded another teenager. Obdulia Sanchez was charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. Sanchez, whose sister was thrown from the car, said in the video, "I f*cking killed my sister, okay? I know I'm going to jail for life."
