Teerth Gopicon incorporates associate company as SPV

Teerth Gopicon Ltd established Teerth RE 4 Private Ltd, as SPV for Rajasthan rooftop solar project from RRECL. With ₹1 lakh capital, TGL holds 48% initially. The newly formed entity, a related party with nil turnover, will handle design, supply, erection, commissioning, and 25-year O&M under the Hybrid Annuity Mode.
