Tehelka founder Tarun Tejpal convicted of raping colleague in elevator of Goa resort in 2013

Bombay High Court on Thursday convicted Tehelka magazine founder Tarun Tejpal in a rape case lodged against him by a junior colleague in 2013. The court set aside the judgement of a sessions court in Mapusa which had acquitted Tejpal in the case. The survivor had accused him of forcing himself on her inside an elevator of a Goa resort.
